Our Process

No. 1 Design
Cordi Woodworks designs all jobs using the
latest cabinet CAD software. Clients let us know
what they want, we design their idea, and then
invite them to our shop to customize their ideas
further. All prices for our work is determined by
the size and nature of each job and is generated
from our CAD software. Once a design and price
has been agreed upon, a contract is signed.
Most small projects require half down prior to
the start of each job, and the last half once the
job has been completed. Larger projects have
different payment schedules.

No. 2 Build
Once the initial down payment is received,
materials are ordered and we start to build. We
use the finest hardwoods and furniture grade
plywoods available. For laminated projects, there
are many options. All our cabinetry is
constructed using hidden joinery and sanded to
finish grade. We offer a wide selection of door
and drawer styles. All our drawer boxes include
undermount, soft-close drawer guides. All
drawers are dovetailed and finished with a clear
water-based finish. All doors include soft-close
hinges.

No. 3 Stain & Finishing
Cordi Woodworks has a finishing facility
complete with a mixing room and an air-
circulated finishing room. We can match most
color samples using our specialized color
matching system. Once a color has been
matched, we create a sample board for our
customer's to sign. Once the sample is signed,
we mix the stain and finish the project.

No. 4 Install
Cordi Woodworks installs all their work, unless
otherwise agreed upon, ensuring quality and
commitment to the very end. It is our goal to
provide professional and courteous service with
as little disruption as possible. Final payment is
due when all work has been completed and
installed.
